  • Example: A fast-food chain organizes advertising campaigns when launching a new product. It promotes the product using different promotional strategies such as television commercials, social media promotions and discount coupons.

These examples illustrate marketing strategies related to each element of the 4Ps. The marketing mix forms the basic building blocks of a product or service’s marketing strategy and decisions on each element are determined by the needs of the target audience, the competitive environment and the company’s marketing objectives. Working together, these elements influence the success of the marketing strategy and attract consumers’ attention, increase sales and strengthen the brand image.
