1. Parties This agreement (“Agreement”) is made electronically between Grower, with its address at Sultan Selim, Eski Büyükdere Cd. No: 61, 34415 Kâğıthane/İstanbul (“Paytr”), and [Customer Name], with its address at [Address] (“Customer”), regarding the use of digital marketing tools and services provided through the withgrower.com website.
2. Definitions In this Agreement, “Services” refers to all digital marketing tools, software, content, and related support services offered by the Provider through withgrower.com.
3. Subject of the Agreement This Agreement encompasses all terms and conditions related to the Customer’s use of the Services ordered through the withgrower.com website belonging to the Provider.
4. Use and Access to Services The Provider shall provide the Customer with the necessary access credentials and licenses to use the Services. The Customer agrees to use the Services only within the terms specified in this Agreement.
5. Payment Terms The Customer shall pay the Provider the agreed fee for the Services using the specified payment method. All payments should be made prior to the commencement of the service.

8. Limited Warranty and Liability The Provider makes no warranty regarding the suitability of the Services for a specific purpose. The Provider’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the payments made by the Customer.
9. Term and Termination of the Agreement This Agreement remains valid until terminated in writing by the parties or until the end date of the use of the Services. Both parties may terminate the Agreement under specified conditions within a predetermined period.
10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising between the parties will be resolved according to the laws of Turkey.
11. Acceptance and Confirmation
This Agreement is electronically accepted upon the Customer’s order and payment for the Services through the withgrower.com website.
